About

I'm Amye Scavarda Perrin. I've spent my career in the room when technical organizations hit their hardest moments.

Before coaching, I spent years in open source program leadership, including as Director of Developer Programs at the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, where I helped steer technical governance through periods of rapid growth and real conflict. I hold a J.D. with a focus in mediation and conflict resolution, and I hold an LL.M in Cybercrime, Cybersecurity, and International Law — training that shapes how I coach engineers, technical leads, and founders navigating pressure, ambiguity, and high-stakes decisions in technical organizations.

I'm currently completing my ICF coaching certification through Newfield Network, working toward PCC-level credentialing. That means the coaching relationship itself is a bit different right now: sessions are offered at a reduced rate (or free, depending on scope) in exchange for the practice hours I need — and you get direct, attentive coaching from someone actively immersed in the craft, not coasting on a credential earned years ago.
